Maz is a law graduate with over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, having built a career defined by trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships. Throughout that time, Maz has supported professionals at pivotal moments in their careers and advised businesses on critical hires, gaining a deep understanding that recruitment is most effective when it is honest, thoughtful, and driven by genuine relationships.
This philosophy led to the creation of Ethos Talent— a consultancy defined by clarity, considered advice, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Maz believes the most successful outcomes come from a deep understanding of people, strong relationships, and a long-term perspective.
Outside of work, Maz has a genuine passion for travel, enjoying the opportunity to experience new places, cultures, and ways of life. It’s a chance to switch off and see things from a different perspective. Maz is also a keen footballer and enjoys staying active, as well as following the game closely as a lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC.
