Jamie graduated in 1996 with an upper honours Degree in Politics from Swansea University and swiftly decided not to pursue a career in Central Government and Politics like many of his friends did, but to make his mark in the world of Sales and Marketing.

With his earlier recruitment years at Michael Page, nearly 23 years on he has established himself as one of the East Midlands most successful and best-known names in Senior Financial Recruitment.

Embedded in Jamie’s own values and reputation is being a stand out pillar of integrity and trust, a sounding board and a benchmark to the true meaning of a “go-to consultant”. When creating Ethos Talent Jamie was passionate on imparting and sharing his knowledge and expertise around business retention strategies, best in class cultures and candidate career paths.
