Ashif is a Chartered Accountant and experienced CFO who has spent over two decades operating at board level within private equity-backed businesses.
Having qualified at Lehman Brothers and completed an MBA in Strategy at Orange, Ashif has worked closely with leading private equity firms including 3i, August Equity, Exponent, Livingbridge and LDC. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle — from acquisition through to exit, including transformation, restructuring, and value creation planning.
