Gemma has built a career centred around people, relationships, and making things happen. She has over 20 years’ experience working across a diverse range of sectors, including recruitment, engineering, HR, the charity sector and the NHS, with much of that time spent supporting senior leaders and CEOs as a PA, providing trusted support in fast-paced and demanding environments.
Alongside her extensive experience in senior-level support, Gemma has been closely involved in recruitment and onboarding, giving her a strong understanding of the importance of finding the right people and creating a positive experience from the very beginning. Her approach is grounded in organisation, discretion, empathy and a belief that people are always at the centre of what makes an organisation successful.
Outside of work, Gemma is currently studying to become a children’s counsellor, reflecting her longstanding interest in people, wellbeing and understanding what makes individuals thrive. She enjoys keeping active through CrossFit and running, as well as spending time with her dog, watching horror films and attempting to make her own clothes.
